Do you have the skills needed to drive process improvements in complex system implementation work?
We are looking for a driven individual to join our Data Solutions Team, within Aon’s UK Retirement business. This is a team which brings together specialists from across our business to deliver project work for clients.
This is a hybrid role with the ability to work from one of our UK offices, including Birmingham, Sheffield or Glasgow.

What the day will look like Work with others to understand the existing processes and constraints in relation to implementing GMP equalisation onto the pensions administration system Identify and implement process improvements that will improve quality or efficiency – covering all areas such as quality controls, automation, resource allocation and process definition Oversee the production of relevant process documentation and training Win support for your improvement proposals with relevant stakeholders and the team carrying out the work Oversee the execution of changes in this area, working with others (including workstream leads, technology teams, operations leadership and individuals performing the day-to-day work)
Over time this role is expected to evolve into overseeing other process improvement initiatives, including the evolution of the team into new growth areas.

Be proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to own and deliver the best solutions for Aon An ability to improve processes and adapt to change Have experience of similar projects, such as pensions change projects and/or GMP equalisation Have strong organisational skills, able to prioritise actions and ensure their execution Ability to identify project risks/issues, and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate Have good interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team
