Oversees the preparation of payroll related general ledger entries. Provides managers with accurate payroll information. Acts as a secondary backup to all payroll and timekeeping functions, benefits and HRIS system, including the preparation of payroll information, salary calculations, and the accurate reporting of payroll related information. Establishes, interprets, oversees, and enforces payroll policies and procedures. Assists in developing and implementing effective employee relations policies and procedures. Manages assigned projects including planning, tracking, execution, and implementation. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
