Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Project Management Lead independent product engineering projects across global sites. Drive technical discussions, decision-making, and execution rigor. Monitor and control project milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Inclusively lead and mentor TCI team members, building technical capabilities. Establish and promote best practices for cross-platform project execution. Design Engineering & Product Development Lead creation and execution of verification strategies for high-volume medical products.
