As a Casual Administration Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the ward and supporting senior nursing staff. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing general reception and administrative duties, including answering queries and coordinating hospital transfers
• Maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and assisting with audits
• Supporting staff induction and orientation, ensuring smooth onboarding
• Assisting with the management of patient beds, transfers, and discharge arrangements
• Contributing to quality improvement activities and promoting a positive, cohesive team culture
• Managing patient information, correspondence, and confidential records efficiently
