Velando por la correcta ejecución de las tareas del Sistema DaveyTronic y asegurando que estos sean utilizados de manera óptima y generando valor agregado al cliente. Liderar, planificar y coordinar tareas con personal involucrado en la voladura; bajo los estándares de calidad que permitan controlar los riesgos de manera preventiva. Velar por el aseguramiento de stock de productos DaveyTronic en la operación y recursos para realizar las voladuras electrónicas bajo los estándares de la compañía Verificar y controla el cumplimiento de los KPI´s asociados al sistema DaveyTronic dentro de la operación. Realizar el proceso de diseño de voladura, programación, conexión, chequeo, carga y detonación de voladura. Revisa los PETS y los actualiza en conjunto con Representante SIE / Jefe de Servicio. Verifica que los procesos de generación de información relacionados al Sistema DaveyTronic sean recopilados y gestionados en la operación según los estándares de la compañía. Realizar capacitaciones al cliente sobre los productos y sus propiedades. Capacitar a los nuevos usuarios del Sistema DaveyTronic en operación. Generar influencia en el cliente interno/externo satisfaciendo sus necesidades y requerimientos. Coordinar las voladuras con el cliente y proporcionar informes del proceso. Realiza presentaciones al Jefe de Servicio/representante SIE sobre la performance y/o mejoras necesarias del producto e investiga incidentes. Recopilar información del proceso de voladura y generar informes diarios, semanales y mensuales referentes a indicadores, avances, anomalías, soporte en el seguimiento de los resultados obtenidos post voladura aguas abajo y oportunidades de mejora. Requisitos: Al menos 3 años de experiencia en minería 1 año de experiencia con sistemas de iniciación electrónica. Bachiller en ingeniería de minas o Técnico de minas o carreras afines. Conocimiento en Procesos de voladura. Conocimiento en uso y propiedades de explosivos y detonadores. Software de diseño de voladura. Conocimiento en el diseño de secuencia de iniciación.
