Capacitar al personal respecto de la aplicación del Programa de Seguridad, Salud ocupacional y Medio Ambiente Velar por el cumplimiento de la inducción general de SSMA, en personal nuevo y antiguo Elaborar y revisar los procedimientos de trabajo, y la matriz IPERC línea base de las actividades de la unidad de negocio y/o proyecto asignado, con la finalidad de transmitir al trabajador sus riegos y logre alinearse a las mismas. Aplicar la suspensión de tareas cuando las condiciones de trabajo no sean seguras y pongan en riesgo al personal, al medio ambiente, al patrimonio o a la comunidad. Capacitar a los trabajadores según el programa anual de SSOMA y brindar las charlas de SST según los temas relevantes con la coyuntura actual. Realizar reuniones mensuales de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente con las diferentes áreas, así como con contratistas, con el propósito de garantizar que los mismos se alineen con la política de SSMA y normas legales. Realizar las investigaciones y análisis de los accidentes de trabajo e incidentes de trabajo presentados en las instalaciones. Cumplir con el Reglamento Interno de trabajo, Código de Integridad y Conducta Profesional de SGS. Elaborar las estadísticas de SSOMA mensuales con los índices de accidentalidad, frecuencia. Realizar el análisis de los KPIs y demás indicadores de gestión de SSOMA. Hacer auditorías internas de SSMA a las áreas en general, con el fin de verificar el cumplimiento de todas las herramientas de gestión.
