Rattaché(e) au Directeur HSE France et en étroite collaboration avec le Direction Régional, vous l’accompagnez dans la mise en œuvre et le suivi du déploiement de la Politique HSE Groupe au niveau régional. Vous animez cette démarche avec une approche transversale, préventive et pédagogique. Vos missions principales : • Assurer la déclinaison de la politique et du système de management HSE du Groupe SAUR sur la région et le plan d’actions associé. • Animation de la culture santé sécurité et accompagnement des managers et opérationnels dans les domaines HSE (Maîtrise des risques majeurs et application des Règles Vitales) • Garantir le suivi de contrôle conformité réglementaire (EPC, EPI, Incendie) • Assurer les analyses de causes & plan d'actions associés à tout incident HSE/accident & REX. • Suivi du reporting SSE (Visites de sécurité, audit de prévention, accueils sécurité, situations dangereuses, accidents du travail, incidents environnementaux…). • Animation des causeries SSE (Santé, Sécurité, Environnement) - Réalisation des visites SSE et Audits Prévention sur le terrain – Organisation de journées HSE. • Challenger les managers opérationnels sur le suivi d’actions correctives/préventives • Participation aux tests de situations d’urgences et gestion des crises sécurité/environnement. • Participation aux démarches environnementales. • Réalisation de formations & sensibilisations en interne. VOTRE PROFIL De formation Bac +5 en QSE ou HSE. Expérience professionnelle de 5 ans minimum dans un environnement multisite BTP ou Services aux Industries. Vous êtes doté(e) d'un goût prononcé pour le terrain afin de comprendre les attentes et spécificités métiers permettant de faire adhérer vos interlocuteurs aux projets.
