Suas principais atribuições incluem: Gerenciamento da Pressão do Poço: Monitoramento e controle contínuo da pressão durante todas as fases da construção do poço, assegurando a segurança e a integridade operacional. Modelagem Hidráulica: Desenvolvimento e atualização de modelos hidráulicos para prever o comportamento do fluido no poço, otimizando o desempenho das operações. Planejamento Operacional: Participação ativa no planejamento das operações, por meio da revisão detalhada da sequência operacional em conjunto com a equipe de fiscalização a bordo. Revisão de Procedimentos: Análise crítica e validação dos procedimentos operacionais, garantindo conformidade com os padrões técnicos e de segurança. Comunicação com o OSC (Operations Support Center): Interface constante com o centro de suporte às operações para alinhamento técnico, suporte em tempo real e tomada de decisões estratégicas. Manutenção Preventiva: Execução de rotinas de manutenção preventiva em equipamentos críticos, visando minimizar falhas e maximizar a disponibilidade operacional. Diagnóstico de Falhas (Troubleshooting): Identificação e resolução de problemas técnicos durante as operações, com foco em soluções rápidas e eficazes. Atividades - Responsabilidades Gerenciar o relacionamento e as expectativas do cliente no local e fornecer demonstrações de tecnologia e consultoria conforme necessário. Treinar a equipe de perfuração em operações de MPD (Managed Pressure Drilling) e PMCD (Pressurized Mud Cap Drilling). Responsável por controlar a pressão no fundo do poço e supervisionar a operação de MPD. Realizar manutenção periódica e solução de problemas dos equipamentos a bordo. Fornecer suporte no local do poço e no escritório para operações de MPD e PMCD. Auxiliar na melhoria e no desenvolvimento de novos processos e procedimentos padrão. Monitorar os equipamentos no local e calibrá-los conforme necessário. Executar diagnósticos, solucionar falhas e manter o inventário essencial e peças de reposição para CCS, instrumentação e controles de fluxo. Realizar modelagem de fluxo complexa. Executar simulações e definir a janela operacional com base nas limitações de equipamentos, ambiente e nos padrões e procedimentos de engenharia DPM. Fornecer cálculos e interpretação de dados de engenharia de MPD, UBD e perfuração. Realizar visitas a sondas e inspeções de locais. Preparar layouts e diagramas de tubulação e instrumentação (P&ID). Atuar como supervisor operacional no local, administrando o progresso diário das operações do poço. Coordenar ações relacionadas às revisões HARC (Hazard Analysis and Risk Control).
