Description Therapist I Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm The Therapist I is responsible for providing therapeutic services to OPCS outpatient clients. The therapist will utilize a harm reduction and Housing First approach to support clients in reaching their goals. If it is determined that the client needs services outside of the current plan. 4. Conduct clinical and interdisciplinary staffing meetings to ensure quality service provision and strong coordination of care standards are met and communicated. 5. Engage in clinical supervision with Clinical Supervisor. 7. Document services and information within the Electronic Health Record (EHR). 8.
