JOB DESCRIPTION:

LionsBot is seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Operative to oversee the storage, distribution, and management of our autonomous cleaning robots and related components. Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for handling goods, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the timely dispatch of orders. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.
• Warehousing: Organize the layout of the warehouse to maximize space efficiency and accessibility. Implement proper storage methods to protect products from damage and deterioration.
• Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including inspecting goods for quality and accuracy, and managing documentation for shipments.
• Order Fulfilment: Process and fulfil orders efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet the company’s high standards.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, including sales, manufacturing, and customer service, to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Health and Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and best practices within the warehouse environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and packing machinery.
• Reporting: Support with regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfilment rates, and other relevant warehouse metrics for management review.
