in summer at our wine tavern Mayer am Nussberg in the middle of the Viennese vineyards.

Our guests enjoy traditional Viennese cuisine, seasonal specials and excellent wines from the in-house wineries Mayer am Pfarrplatz & Rotes Haus.

To expand our kitchen team, we are looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week or more.

Tasks

YOUR TASKS

  • Responsibility for ensuring a smooth workflow at your post
  • Efficient collaboration with the entire kitchen team
  • Monitoring and compliance with all hygiene and quality standards
  • Support and representation of the head chef
