          POSITION: Porter     REPORTS TO:  Community Manager   COMPENSATION: Hourly Rate, plus Benefits and Bonus eligibility   LOCATION: Terrace at Southern Oaks, 3324 Southern Oaks Blvd, Dallas, TX 75216        POSITION SUMMARY    As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of the property's grounds, common areas, and apartments.
