Responsibilities: Complete scheduling of weekly maintenance plans for Major Repair shop. Ensure proper job packets and schedules are maintained and distributed. Run and report on maintenance KPI’s. Assist other planners in closing and scanning work orders. Communicate well with both operations and maintenance personnel. Improve maintenance efficiency using planned, predictive, and maintenance techniques and systems. Write purchase requisitions for unavailable material. Track progress of ordered material and schedule work once parts arrive. Assist the general supervisors and shift supervisors with job priority and availability, including changes in the preventative maintenance schedule necessitated by production/maintenance requirements.
