• Assist with the preparation of food items as directed by chefs and kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Ensure that all kitchen areas are kept tidy and organised, including storage areas and work surfaces.
• Support chefs during busy service periods by helping with basic food preparation tasks.
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory management to minimise waste.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
