JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a Beam Saw and cutting equipment in the wood industry so. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately. The Saw Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with the use of a Beam Saw and other machine cutting in a timber environment.
• Mechanical knowledge is advantageous, particularly in understanding machinery operations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work on your feet for extended periods is required.
  Hours of work are 06:00 to 17:00 Mon to Thu and 06:00 to 15:00 on a Friday.
  Pay is between £12.50 - £14. 00, depending on experience.
  This is a temp-to-perm role.

• Operate a Beam Saw and cutting machinery to cut materials accurately as per project specifications.

• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
