Der Kreis Wesel am Niederrhein ist eine moderne Dienstleistungsverwaltung und einer der großen Arbeitgeber in der Region mit ca. 1.700 Mitarbeitenden.
Der Fachdienst 56 sucht ab dem 10.09.2025 für den Bereich „Schwerbehindertenrecht“ am Standort Wesel befristet bis zum 31.08.2026 in Teilzeit mit 19,5 Wochenstunden eine/n
Ärztin bzw. Arzt (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • die Erstellung ärztlicher Stellungnahmen nach Aktenlage in Vorbehaltsfällen sowie in Widerspruchs- und Klageverfahren
  • Gutachtliche Stellungnahmen mit Untersuchung
  • Kurzbegutachtung zur Prüfung der Voraussetzungen des Merkzeichens „aG“
  • Prüfung und Freigabe externer Untersuchungsgutachten mit abschließender Stellungnahme
  • Qualitätssicherung bei externen Stellungnahmen im Einzelfall
  • Bewertung der medizinischen Voraussetzungen für Parkerleichterungen
  • Auswertung der Klageverfahren
  • Informationsaustausch mit der Sachbearbeitung
  • Teilnahme an Qualitätszirkeln
  • Akquisition und Einarbeitung neuer Außengutachter/-innen
  • Beratung von Bürgerinnen und Bürgern zu medizinischen Fragen im Schwerbehindertenrecht
  • fachliche Zusammenarbeit mit den medizinischen Gutachterinnen und Gutachtern beim Kreis Wesel sowie mit den medizinischen Außengutachterinnen und Außengutachtern

Für die Tätigkeit wird Bildschirmarbeitsplatztauglichkeit vorausgesetzt. Die Tätigkeit beinhaltet Außendiensttätigkeiten, für die das Führen des eigenen Fahrzeuges gegen Kostenerstattung vorausgesetzt wird.
Anforderungen

Zwingende Voraussetzungen

  • Fachärztin/Facharzt, alternativ für innere Medizin, Chirurgie, Orthopädie, Kindermedizin, Neurologie, Allgemeinmedizin oder
  • Ärztin/Arzt mit mehrjähriger (mindestens 2 Jahre) klinischer Erfahrung in der Patientenversorgung.

Wünschenswerte Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

  • Erfahrungen im Bereich der Versorgungsmedizin bzw. die Fachkunde Sozialmedizin
  • Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • Soziale Kompetenz, die sich in einem freundlichen und vertrauensvollen Umgang mit Menschen widerspiegelt
  • Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in die Materie des Schwerbehindertenrechts
  • Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung
