Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm ** This position has a pay rate of $25 - $30/hr ** ** Chilled Water and Split System experience is required ** Responsibilities - Operates standard HVAC testing equipment and uses HVAC tool applicable to repair and maintain HVAC systems - Provides information for equipment and systems maintenance logs - Performs troubleshooting and repairs - Participates in operations, inspections and repair of equipment and systems - Performs quality repairs that extend the life of the facility Qualifications - A valid Drivers License - 1 - 3+ years experience maintaining and operating HVAC and other equipment in an industrial, commercial or manufacturing environment - Experience with chilled water and split systems - Experience in commercial kitchen equipment; ice machines, ovens, stoves, walk-in coolers, refrigerators, freezers, cook tops and warmers is highly preferred - An EPA Universal Certification is highly preferred #IND
