WHAT WILL YOUR JOB LOOK LIKE?

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of AI and automation solutions across various business functions
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to align automation strategies with company objectives
• Manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of process, infrastructure, and technological improvements
• Utilize Salesforce and other relevant technologies to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, challenges, and outcomes
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and leadership to drive efficient outcomes while thoughtfully managing the broader people implications, recognizing and addressing the interpersonal dynamics that impact project outcomes
• Work with third party vendors to drive project forward
• Ensure AI projects adhere to data privacy regulations, ethical guidelines, and industry standards
• Testing and training AI models, supervised and unsupervised
• Collecting and cleansing the data for AI models
• Creating the knowledge for AI model, structured and unstructured
