Preferred Certifications are the following areas: MyChart, Resolute professional billing, Resolute Hospital Billing, HIM Completed Epic CEE (Continued Epic Education) to maintain certifications, proficiencies, and badges. 7+ years of experience configuring and supporting Patient access workflows including HIM, registration, scheduling, insurance verification, referrals, MyChart workflows including digital strategies, authorization and facility structure. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Preferred Qualifications: Revenue Cycle experience, MyChart and HIM certifications are preferred in addition to the certifications listed above. Certification in Service Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis is preferred Masters degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Data Science or Healthcare preferred Soft Skills: Possess excellent team management, communication and leadership skills and a commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion and a culture of innovation.
