Description Summary/Objective: The Junior IT Support Analyst provides first-line technical support to end users, ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations, and assists in maintaining our IT infrastructure. Position Type/Expected: Hours of work: Part-time Essential Functions: Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues. Perform physical hardware troubleshooting and minor repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Handle minor mobile device management (MDM) responsibilities, such as provisioning and configuring company computers and mobile devices. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary. Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deactivation. Assist in deploying and maintaining IT systems, updates, and patches. Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions. Participate in special projects as needed. Requirements: 2–3 years of IT support experience, or equivalent technical training/education. Familiarity with Windows and MacOS operating systems.
