Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related hazards encountered during patrols. Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and/or local authorities as needed to address incidents. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed while on duty. Assist visitors and employees by providing information and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
