You will manage and supervise all aspects of facility operations, including building maintenance, utilities, security, cleaning, landscaping, and waste management also develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and extend asset lifespan. 2. You hold a bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in managing large-scale facilities and diverse teams with strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression) and preventative maintenance principles. 4. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee projects from conception to completion and strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to facility management. 5. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a plus also with excellent understanding of health, safety, environmental, and building regulations in China. 6. Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
