Description du poste Le Chargé d’Affaires CVC h/f sera garant(e) de la mise en place, auprès de son équipe, de la stratégie pour assurer l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux, techniques, financiers, ressources humaines et sécurité. Les missions sont les suivantes : Clients : Qualifier les besoins client, contribuer à leur analyse et produire des propositions Etre garant(e) de la relation clients (reporting, réunions de chantier, devoir de conseil, propositions d'amélioration) Veiller à la bonne communication des informations au client Maintenir et développer le portefeuille client existant Conseiller les clients et vendre les travaux le cas échéant Établir les devis et l’offre travaux Travailler en collaboration avec le Chargé d’Affaires Travaux (pour les travaux à partir d’un certain montant) Participer et/ou coordonner à la demande du client les réunions de chantier et établir les comptes rendus Veiller au respect des délais contractuels et contrôler la conformité technique des travaux Management : Accueillir, former et intégrer les collaborateurs de son équipe Encadrer et accompagner l’équipe au quotidien Gérer les temps de travail, les plannings, les congés et tout ce qui relève de la gestion quotidienne d'une équipe Intervenir en soutien technique si la situation le nécessite Travailler en collaboration avec l’Assistante d’Exploitation sur la partie facturation travaux Budget : Participer à l'élaboration des budgets (heures, sous-traitance, achats..) en tenant compte notamment des contraintes Suivre et garantir les budgets Développer la marge brute des affaires Participer aux revues de secteur et animer les revues de production Qualifications Formation Bac+5 en génie thermique et énergie, génie civil, constructions durables, fluides, énergies, environnement, génie climatique, gestion et maintenance des installations énergétiques Expérience professionnelle de 5 ans minimum, idéalement dans le secteur des copropriétés, dont une première expérience managériale Sens du service client Capacité à fédérer Autonomie, rigueur et aisance relationnelle Permis B indispensable Informations complémentaires Poste en CDI Rémunération à partir de 45K€ bruts annuels sur 13 mois (salaire en fonction de l'expérience) Statut cadre forfait jours Véhicule de fonction Tickets Restaurant Localisation Gennevilliers (92) Prise de poste 10/2025 Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
