Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die monatliche Lohnverarbeitung, die vollständige Abwicklung der Sozial- und Personenversicherungen sowie der Zeitwirtschaft.
Im Bereich HR-Controlling leisten Sie einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur konzeptionellen Aufbauarbeit. Sie entwickeln aussagekräftige Reportings, übernehmen die Verantwortung für Statistiken und erstellen Budgetpläne. Dabei werden Sie von einer Ihnen unterstellten Personalcontrollerin unterstützt.
Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team von 8 Mitarbeitenden sorgen Sie für eine hohe Dienstleistungsqualität.
Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Professionalisierung der HR-Abteilung mit, indem Sie Prozesse optimieren und bestehende Systeme in Zusammenarbeit mit Softwarelieferanten und der IT-Abteilung weiterentwickeln.
Sie arbeiten eng mit den anderen HR-Teams sowie dem Finanz- und Rechnungswesen zusammen, um reibungslose und effiziente Prozesse sicherzustellen.
Profil
Fachhochschulabschluss in Betriebsökonomie oder eidg. Fachausweis Sozialversicherungen ergänzt mit einer Führungsweiterbildung oder vergleichbar
Expertise und ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Lohnverarbeitung, Sozial- und Personenversicherungen, jährliche Lohnmassnahmen sowie Jahresendarbeiten
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
Hohe IT- und Systemaffinität, ausgezeichnete Excelkenntnisse, von Vorteil Kenntnisse in Power BI
