Als Stabstelle des Chief Information Officers am Standort Tübingen oder Köln suchen wir ab sofort, in Vollzeit und unbefristet, einen Product Owner medizinische Kernanwendung (m/w/d).Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Funktionale Konzeption und Planung der (Weiter-)Entwicklung der verantworteten Software-Produkte im Einklang mit den strategischen Unternehmenszielen entlang des Product-Life-Cycles
  • Fachliche Verantwortung für die schrittweise Modernisierung der Softwareanwendung im Zuge des Programms NEO
  • Aufnahme, ggf. Formulierung und Spezifizierung von Anforderungen an das Softwareprodukt zusammen mit den Business Analysten und ggf. Projektteams
  • Laufende Pflege und Priorisierung des Backlogs (Linie und Projekte)
  • Effiziente Schnittstellenkommunikation mit (inter-)nationalen Fachbereichen und der IT-Abteilung von Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur Auslieferung
  • Abstimmung mit relevanten Funktionen (Enterprise Architect, Application Owner, ISO, Technical Lead, …) bzgl. der Konformität der Anforderungen mit den technischen & Compliance-Rahmenbedingungen
  • Organisation und Steuerung des Produktteams in Anlehnung an SCRUM
  • Begleitung der Umsetzung, Testung und Abnahme der Anforderungen sowie transparente Planung von Releases und Deployments

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Master) z.B. der Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Exzellente Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Anforderungs- und Releasemanagement im Bereich Softwareentwicklung
  • Angewandte Kenntnisse im (agilen) Projektmanagement und Requirements Engineering
  • Zertifizierung als Product Owner (bspw. Scrum Allliance) ist von Vorteil
  • Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1/C2-Level)
  • Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken, sowohl strategisch als auch im Detail
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungsfähigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit und hohe Überzeugungskraft
  • Reisebereitschaft 20-25 Tage pro Jahr
