NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / ACCOUNT MANAGER / LONDON BASED
4DegreesC, a leading Fresh Produce supplier, is seeking a professional New Business Development Manager to expand and support their extensive client base. We work with some the largest Contract Caterers in the UK, which you will get exposure too, as well as some of London’s top Restaurants, Hotels etc, but we need you to grow this area, and with uncapped commission, your earning potential is very high.
You will have to fully immerse yourself within the Catering industry in London, going to social events, networking, and growing a sales portfolio with long standing, strong and well managed accounts.
This is a field-based role, you will actively using your own network, and developing it to arrange meetings with decision makers, to create a strong sales pipeline to convert into new sales. You will also be given a portfolio of clients which you have to manage, retain and grow.
YOU MUST BE TARGET DRIVEN, COMPETITIVE AND SALES HUNGRY. Previous foodservice experience would be advantageous; an appreciation and basic knowledge of Fresh Produce and Ingredients is essential.
The company offers a generous, uncapped commission package on top of the basic salary of £40K - £45K depending on experience OTE £80k +
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
· Sales experience in the food industry an advantage
· Prior direct sales experience advantageous
· May be suited to someone with experience within the wider food industry
· A passion for food, ingredients, and people
· Great customer service
· B2B sales: 2 years (required)
· Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
