Exceptional Care is a therapeutic children’s service providing care and support to children and young people aged 8-17, from complex backgrounds, who display challenging behaviour and EBD. The service is an independent social care organisation with multiple residential units across the whole of the North West. The senior leadership team has been transformed to ensure the right people have oversight of the organisation.
We are looking for an experienced Finance Director who has extensive knowledge in Fintech and can contribute towards our digital transformation working alongside our CTO and overseeing our Finance department.
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage all aspects of a company’s financial health and long-term growth, ensuring financial stability and profitability by developing strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing financial operations.
