Wir suchen für unsere Abteilung Organisation, Logistik und Infrastruktur

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Leiste 2nd und 3rd Level Support für unsere Standorte in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz
  • Identifiziere und behebe Probleme in den Bereichen E-Mail-Verkehr, Netzwerk, Windows Server und Clients
  • Optimiere und pflege unsere Active Directory (AD) Infrastruktur
  • Halte unser Jira-basiertes Ticket-System auf dem neuesten Stand
  • Unterstütze unsere Kolleg:innen per Telefon und Remote-Tools (TeamViewer).
  • Erstelle und pflege technische Dokumentationen
  • Unterstütze unsere internen Events mit Medientechnik
  • Plane und führe Schulungen für unsere Mitarbeiter durch

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mindestens 3-5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse in Server- und Netzwerktechnologien, insbesondere in Windows und Linux
  • Tiefgehendes Wissen in der Administration von Netzwerken
  • Erfahrung mit Firewalls von Watchguard
  • Erfahrung mit Domain-Diensten: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP sowie im Bereich Print- und Fileserver
  • Storage-Management: Erfahrung in der Administration von HPE-Servern
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit einer hohen Problemlösungsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
