ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a driven and team-oriented Implementation Specialist for the
German speaking markets to participate in new exciting customer projects!
This is a permanent and full time position with long-term growth
opportunities.
Reporting directly to the Implementation Manager, your main goal is to take
care of the onboarding process of new customers from start to finish. But
more importantly as the German market is new to Nordhealth, this role will
also have a large part in creating and translating processes for the German
market.
In this role, you will train and consult with our veterinary customers on the
optimal use of our highly customizable software (this includes remote and in-
person training), mainly in Germany, Austria and Switzerland but also
international customers.
For this role, we will only consider German speakers with a high level of
English skills, as Nordhealth operates in English internally.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Deliver online and onsite training to veterinary professionals.
-
- Developing and optimizing workflows and processes, tailored for theGerman-speaking markets.
- You will manage implementation projects from start to finish andcustomize the software to the veterinary customer’s needs.
- Work closely with different members of clinics to advise on best practiceProvet Cloud workflows.
- Translating and producing German templates and forms. Fluency inwritten and spoken German is required, along with strong Englishcommunication skills (legal-level English is not required).

WHAT WILL HELP YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

Ideally, you have already gained experience from working in the veterinary industry. Maybe as a Veterinary technician or as a Veterinarian. Experience in IT system implementation or process optimization is a plus, but not required. Our Implementers are high-level workflow experts who advise on how to make the clinical environment more efficient and create a better work-life balance for our veterinary professionals. Implementers manage multiple projects simultaneously and grow to become project management specialists.

• Are able explain technical matters to non-technical people
• Are a great problem solver
• Are willing to occasionally work in different time zones as well as travelinternationally
• This position requires regular travel within German speaking countries in order to deliver client projects, visiting locations to carry out end-user training and engagement. The amount of travel will vary and be dependent on the clinics, but you can expect 2-4 days a month.
• Candidates must possess a valid driving license to be considered for thisrole.
