Deine Aufgaben:

  • Mit deiner kreativen Denkweise entwickelst du ganzheitlich gedachte und außergewöhnliche Kommunikationskonzepte
  • Du übernimmst Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von kreativen Prozessen und Ideensessions
  • Du entwickelst Kommunikationsstrategien auf Basis von Marktdaten, Trends und Zielgruppenanalysen
  • Du arbeitest auf Bestandskunden und nimmst an Pitches teil
  • Du präsentierst Konzepte beim Kunden
  • Du steuerst alle Konzeptbeteiligten (z.B. Grafik, Projektmanagement, Film, Digital…)

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing und / oder Kommunikation
  • Du hast erste Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption und/oder Kampagnenentwicklung
  • Du besitzt sehr gute kommunikative und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent und sehr gute Deutsch und/oder Englischkenntnisse
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer
  • Du begeisterst dich für Vieles, aber vor allem für Trends und Innovationen im Kinder- und Jugendbereich
  • Ein Plus: Erfahrung im Themenfeld Kinder- Jugend-, Familienkommunikation und / oder Bildungsmarketing
