Vos missions principales Administration et configuration Salesforce : Gérer les rôles, profils, permissions et hiérarchies utilisateurs. Maintenir et optimiser les objets standards et personnalisés (opportunités, comptes, contacts, etc.). Créer et gérer les workflows, règles de validation, Process Builder et Flow. Superviser la qualité des données (déduplication, intégrité, cohérence). Assurer la sécurité et la conformité (gestion des accès, audit, RGPD). Support et maintenance : Assurer le support technique de niveau 3 et former/accompagner le niveau 2 à l’exécution des procédures de support que vous aurez rédigé. Suivre et résoudre les incidents via l’outil ITSM. Participer à la formation et l’accompagnement des utilisateurs clés (guides, sessions de formation). Projets et évolutions : Contribuer aux projets d’évolution de la plateforme Salesforce sur la conception technique et l’administration des évolutions du système (dématérialisation des processus commerciaux et marketing) ainsi que sur les projets de déploiements dans les nouvelles filiales Organiser et réaliser les reprises de données associées aux déploiements de nouvelles entités (inspector) Réaliser les tests techniques, recettes et déploiements des évolutions.
