Für unser Team Risiko & IT suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) am Standort Hamburg in Vollzeit.

Ihr vielfältiges Aufgabengebiet umfasst unter anderem:

  • Sie gestalten aktiv den Übergang der IT der Warburg Invest zu einem externen Anbieter für IT-Dienstleistungen und bringen dabei Ihre Expertise ein
  • Als Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Business koordinieren Sie die Entwicklung unserer Informations- und Kommunikationssysteme – von der gemeinsamen Ideenfindung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Sie pflegen eine konstruktive Beziehung mit unserem IT-Dienstleister, führen regelmäßige Review-Gespräche und sorgen für eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit
  • Sie erarbeiten IT-Policies und etablieren transparente IT-Prozesse, die Sie dokumentieren und kontinuierlich verbessern
  • Sie entwickeln und implementieren gemeinsam mit dem Dienstleister zukunftsfähige Konzepte für die Cyber-Sicherheit
  • Sie beraten die Geschäftsführung der Warburg Invest in allen Fragen der Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnik sowie der Informationssicherheit

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik mit dem Schwerpunkt Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Sie bringen Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich mit – besonders wertvoll sind Kenntnisse aus der Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Dienstleistern
  • Sie haben bereits mit Themen wie IT-Sicherheit, Netzwerktechnik oder Virtualisierung von Client- und Serverumgebungen gearbeitet und möchten Ihr Wissen in diesen Bereichen vertiefen
  • Kenntnisse zu Themen wie der DORA-Verordnung, BSI IT-Grundschutz oder ISO 27001 sind von Vorteil – aber kein Muss. Wir unterstützen Sie beim Erwerb dieses Wissens.
