Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams
  • Weiterentwicklung des Berichtswesens, Optimierung bestehender Controllingprozesse und -instrumente
  • Abweichungsanalysen und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Effizienz

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung im Controlling in der produzierenden Industrie
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Automotive
  • Fundierte SAP Kenntnisse
  • Führungserfahrung im Bereich Controlling
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
