JOUW ROL ALS ASSISTENT FILIAALMANAGER

Je zorgt er samen met je team voor dat de winkel er tip-top uitziet en je hebt ook veel contact met de klanten. Ook heb je de mogelijkheid om geheel kosteloos opleidingen (t/m mbo niveau 4) én online cursussen te volgen!
Als Assistent Filiaalmanager vorm je samen met je Filiaalmanager het leidinggevende team. Je motiveert, coacht en begeleidt de andere teamleden. Ook werk je mee in de winkel en verzorg je de noodzakelijke (lichte) administratieve werkzaamheden.

Door jullie klantgerichte houding zorgen jullie als team voor tevreden klanten. Dit bereik je onder andere door:

  • Coachen en begeleiden andere teamleden;
  • Jij het eerste aanspreekpunt als de Filiaalmanager niet aanwezig is;
  • (lichte) Administratieve werkzaamheden;
  • Uitpakken en het zo aantrekkelijk mogelijk presenten van de nieuwe artikelen;
  • Het beantwoorden van vragen van klanten in de winkel;
  • Helpen van klanten aan de kassa;
