Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung und Kontrollaufgaben im Kreditgeschäft, insbesondere im Bereich Immobilien- und Bauträgerfinanzierung
  • Vergabe neuer Kredite (Neugeschäft)
  • Bearbeitung bestehender Kreditverträge (Bestandsgeschäft)
  • Analyse und Bewertung der Bonität
  • Erstellung von Kreditverträgen, Sicherheitsvereinbarungen und Treuhandaufträgen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung vom Kreditbereich

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und haben idealerweise eine fachspezifische Weiterbildung oder ein entsprechendes Studium absolviert
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Kreditmarktfolg, im Bezug auf Immobilien- und Bauträgerfinanzierung
  • Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein spiegeln sich in Ihren Charaktereigenschaften
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
