POSITION SUMMARY

Position Summary: We are seeking a self-motivated energetic and highly organized Delivery Manager to lead our strategic projects This individual will thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented and constantly evolving environment As a Delivery Manager you will be responsible for conducting ceremonies providing regular progress reporting and implementing processes and frameworks to drive projects to completion You may also oversee Project Managers or Scrum Masters to ensure adherence to our standards and processes Flexibility and adaptability are key as we are not a purist shop You will facilitate refinement meetings daily stand-ups and retrospectives Additionally you will establish metrics track progress identify risks and create mitigation plans to drive the teams towards their goals As a well-spoken and natural leader you enjoy building relationships and tackling challenges with high energy and enthusiasm to make things happen
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct or facilitate program or project ceremonies including refinement meetings daily stand-ups

  • and retrospectives
  • Provide regular progress reporting to stakeholders
  • Implement processes and frameworks to effectively drive projects to completion
  • Oversee Project Managers or Scrum Masters to ensure adherence to standards and processesEstablish metrics track progress identify risks
