Werkzaamheden:

  • Facturatie naar cliënten van Stichting de Wever
  • Debiteurenbeheer
  • Facturatie/declaratie naar externe partijen
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen rondom zorgdeclaratie en facturatie, zowel intern als extern voor cliënten en externe partijen.Voorstellen doen om bestaande werkprocessen en werkinstructies te verbeteren.

Jouw kennis en vaardigheden

  • Een MBO-opleiding op niveau 4 in de richting van financiële administratie;
  • Je beschikt over relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, maar ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters nodigen we van harte uit om te solliciteren;
  • Je bent gewend om proactief te werken en communiceert zowel digitaal als in gesprekken op een aangename wijze;
  • Je bent vaardig met Excel en hebt ervaring met AFAS;

De standplaats van afdeling FIC is De Hazelaar aan de Dr. Eijgenraamstraat in Tilburg. De Wever is met vijftien locaties de toonaangevende partij in ouderenzorg in Tilburg en omstreken.
