The IT Operations Manager ensures IT infrastructure is reliable, secure, and aligned with organizational objectives while supporting compliance and operational efficiency. Duties/Responsibilities: • Helpdesk & IT Support Management: Oversee and improve the corporate helpdesk function, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT support requests across all business units. • System Administration: Manage on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints, ensuring optimal performance and security. • Tactical Planning: Develop and execute project plans for near-term IT changes that align with business goals. • IT Compliance & Security Support: Assist in maintaining compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., CMMC, ISO) by implementing required controls and documenting security measures. • Vendor & Asset Management: Work with vendors to procure IT hardware, software and services and manage IT asset inventories. • Change Management: Serve as the IT manager level review for change management procedures and ensure proper documentation and escalation to the Director of IT and Cybersecurity teams as necessary. • Policy Implementation: Assist with implementation of policies. • Risk Management & Control Review: Assist CTO & Director of IT with review of security control effectiveness in day-to-day operations.
