CADI employs an integrated approach combining development, property management, resident services, and resident engagement within one mission driven organization. Century has cumulatively invested more than $3.5 billion in the creation and preservation of approximately 63,000 affordable homes statewide. Key Responsibilities Under the direction of CADI staff, the Development Intern will perform professional level tasks in support of affordable housing developments in CADI’s pipeline and advance Century’s mission of investing in homes and communities so that low-income individuals and families may have a dignified living environment, achieve economic independence, and enjoy healthy and vital places to live and work.
