Manage all Loss teams and Deliver Profit (DP) projects to achieve plant saving target Carry out pillars/ teams’ audit to sustain LEAN system achievements Report timely to Management team (Site & regional) about Lean implementation progress and results Work closely with Global/ Regional LEAN teams to update strategy, guideline for LEAN system implementation.
