What You'll Do: Bench/Mounters: Inserting lenses into frames, edging, beveling, tinting, and ensuring lenses meet correct power, axis, and prism standards. Inspection: Checking frames and lenses for cosmetic and optical defects using ANSI standards. Surface: Using state-of-the-art CNC optical machinery. Handling lens surface processes like taping, blocking, generating, coating, and polishing. AR Department: Operating state-of-the-art Anti Reflective Coating Machinery, sorting and inspecting lenses, and ensuring they meet quality standards. Qualifications No specific educational level required – your experience speaks volumes! A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with high volume optical manufacturing is needed.
