The Opportunity: We are looking for an additional Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer to join our small but dynamic team in Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire.
As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for conducting design, development and test work on projects involving gas, oil, and electrical appliances including heat pumps, mCHP, heat networks, hydrogen appliances and other emerging low carbon technologies.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude. He/she should be capable of working independently with minimum supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum HNC (or equivalent) in engineering or a scientific discipline, ideally with relevant hands-on experience in a development laboratory or research environment
  • Knowledge or experience with domestic or commercial gas, oil, or electrical appliances, including heat pumps and controls, is highly advantageous
