Jouw profiel
Als Support Medewerker op onze Service Desk in Aalsmeer ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten in de sierteelt sector. Je biedt functionele en technische ondersteuning en lost problemen op met betrekking tot onze SaaS-oplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met ons ontwikkelteam om ervoor te zorgen dat onze klanten de best mogelijke service ervaren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoongesprekken, e-mails van klanten.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen, functionele problemen en vragen van klanten.
  • Documenteren van klantinteracties en oplossingen in ons ticketsysteem.
  • Escaleren van complexe problemen naar het ontwikkelteam.
  • Proactief communiceren met klanten over de status van hun verzoeken en problemen.
  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van kennisbankartikelen en FAQ’s.
  • Deelnemen aan teamvergaderingen en trainingen om up-to-date te blijven met onze producten en diensten.
  • Meebouwen aan de professionaliseren van de afdeling
