ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Thoroughly inspect and compare merchandise with the original requisition, recording pertinent details such as quantity, type of defect, and date on invoices or relevant forms. Package and label merchandise appropriately for resale. Receive and evaluate returned products. Conduct research to gather necessary information about the products. Manage and organize core sorting bins. Maintain the UPS staging area. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the check-in area. Utilize material handling equipment, such as a pallet jack, to put away returned products. Participate in a collaborative work environment utilizing effective communication and willingness to cross train to enhance team productivity, versatility, and skill development. Comply with comprehensive safety protocols and participate in ongoing training to ensure a secure work environment and maintain a safety-conscious culture. Follow all 5S principles and guidelines daily to optimize workflow, efficiency, and a clean work environment. Undertakes additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.
