• Ensure that every customer is greeted in a friendly, respectful, and genuine way.
• Listen attentively to the customers situation and help the customer resolve those situations or needs with the most appropriate solution – this solution will mostly be the sale of a Fierling Limited product however it could also be offering good advice that could still lead to the sale of Fierling Limited product or service.
• Assist the customer in locating and comparing product choices – demonstrate a thorough knowledge of product options and features wherever possible.
• Assist in putting away stock and merchandising in all areas of the store.
• Process complete and accurate paperwork for every sale, special orders and out of stock items.
• Promptly advice the Store Supervisor of stock outs, invalid pricing, shortages, damaged inventory, perceived theft in their department, inefficient or inappropriate activities.
• Answer the phone on the first ring.
• Assist on cash.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.
