Die Bütema AG mit Sitz in Bietigheim-Bissingen erstellt Software, Prozesse und
Workflows für die Emotionalisierung, Beratung und optimale Abwicklung der Shopping

zugeschnittene Filialprozesse zur Verbesserung von Frequenz, Bon-Umsatz und
Warenwirtschaft. Die Bütema AG besteht aus einem Team von derzeit ca. 70
Mitarbeitern. Wir beschäftigen uns täglich mit der Bereitstellung von Software,
Hardware und Services für eine optimale Verfügbarkeit der Prozesse unserer Kunden.
Deine Aufgaben
Du entwirfst, entwickelst und betreust in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem
Consulting-Team Anwendungen für unsere Kunden insbesondere aus dem
Einzelhandel. Schwerpunkt hierbei sind Lösungen in den Bereichen Digital Signage,
Guided Selling, Self Service, Omnichannel und Store Operations (z.B. Wareneingang,
Inventur etc.). Die Endgeräte reichen von Self Service-Terminals oder DS-Screens über
Apps für Verkäufer zur Kundenberatung bis hin zu industriellen Android-Scannern,
online als auch offline mit Embedded-Datenbanken.
Technologisch befasst Du Dich neben C# und .NET auch intensiv mit Webservices,
SQL Servern oder Du designst mobile oder Backstore-Prozesse auf Basis unseres
eigenen Frameworks und stellst sie zunehmend über Microsoft Azure-Technologien
bereit.
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder Ausbildung zum
Fachinformatiker/in für Anwendungsentwicklung mit mindestens 5 Jahren
Berufserfahrung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Spaß am direkten Kundekontakt mit der Möglichkeit, Software-Lösungen
aktiv mitzugestalten
Sicherer Umgang mit T-SQL und Kenntnisse im Design von OLTP-
Datenbanken und Indizes
Erfahrungen mit Visual Studio und Azure DevOps (Build- und Release-
Pipelines)
Kenntnisse von .NET / C# und OOP, Entwurfsmustern und guter
Softwarearchitektur sind von Vorteil
Kenntnisse von Microsoft Azure-Technologien, insbesondere im
Datenumfeld, bringen Dir weitere Pluspunkte
Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes
