Bei uns gestaltest du als Elternzeitvertretung für zwei Jahre aktiv die Social Media Präsenz der GC-GRUPPE – im Netzwerk mit Menschen, die Veränderung und Erfolg voranbringen.

  • Darum geht es konkret: Du verantwortest die Content-Planung und -Produktion für unsere Kanäle wie Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest oder YouTube und sorgst für relevanten, plattformgerechten Content.
  • Du entwickelst und steuerst kreative Social-Media-Kampagnen – von der ersten Idee bis zur Auswertung – mit Fokus auf Reichweite, Engagement und Performance.
  • Du erkennst Trends frühzeitig, entwickelst daraus aufmerksamkeitsstarke Formate und bringst neue Ideen aktiv ein.
  • Du setzt KI-Tools gezielt zur Content-Erstellung, Ideenfindung, Bild-/Textoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung im Marketing ein.
  • Du hast das Community Management im Blick.
  • Du berätst unsere Partnerhäuser zu sämtlichen Social-Media-Themen.
  • Du bist für die Erstellung eines Redaktionsplans zuständig.


  • Wir wünschen uns von dir: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Digitale Medien oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Social Media Bereich.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und ein sicheres Gespür für Social Media und digitale Trends.
  • Reisebereitschaft und Lust, Messen, Events oder Videodrehs vor Ort zu begleiten und authentischen Content zu produzieren.
