All’interno del nostro team abbiamo aperta una posizione di Receptionist L.68/99 - Categorie Protette, il cui obiettivo sarà di garantire un adeguato presidio della Reception/Centralino. Sarai la prima persona di contatto per clienti e visitatori/visitatrici e fornirai accoglienza, gestendo efficacemente le comunicazioni.
Sarai parte di un ambiente di lavoro stimolante e collaborativo.
Offriamo un contratto di lavoro full time (dal lunedì al venerdì) a tempo determinato (7 mesi).

Quali saranno i tuoi obiettivi in questo ruolo?

  • Accoglierai i visitatori/visitatrici e fornirai informazioni e assistenza
  • Gestirai le telefonate in entrata e in uscita, smistando le chiamate ai reparti appropriati
  • Coordinerai la posta e le consegne
  • Gestirai l’apertura/chiusura dell’ufficio
  • Fornirai supporto amministrativo generale
