Développement commercial & prospection Identifier et prospecter des entreprises disposant de flottes de véhicules (loueurs, entreprises de transport, flottes d’entreprises, administrations, etc.). Élaborer et négocier des offres commerciales adaptées aux besoins des clients grands comptes. Signer des accords de partenariat nationaux et régionaux avec des professionnels. Gestion des comptes & fidélisation Assurer un suivi personnalisé des clients grands comptes et garantir leur satisfaction. Être l’interface entre les clients et les centres auto pour assurer une exécution optimale des prestations. Analyser la performance des contrats et proposer des ajustements pour optimiser la rentabilité. Coordination avec le réseau Accompagner les centres auto dans la mise en place des accords négociés.
