Responsibilities
  • Identificar y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante la prospección activa de clientes potenciales, principalmente en el sector legal.
  • Manejar el proceso END TO END de ventas
  • Realizar venta consultiva de nuestros productos intangibles (por ejemplo, soluciones de información y gestión legal) tanto de forma telefónica como presencial.
  • Llevar a cabo reuniones con tomadores de decisiones, utilizando habilidades de comunicación sólidas para interactuar con diversos representantes de clientes.
  • Comprender las necesidades específicas de los clientes y adaptar las soluciones para satisfacerlas.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes actuales y potenciales.
  • Realizar presentaciones de soluciones, demostraciones en vivo y capacitaciones de productos para clientes.
  • Gestionar todo el ciclo de ventas, desde la presentación de soluciones hasta la negociación y el cierre de ventas.
  • Coordinar con equipos internos para desarrollar soluciones enfocadas en el cliente, incluyendo presentaciones de preventa, casos de éxito, casos de uso y construcción de ROI.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias del mercado y las nuevas tecnologías en el sector legal.
