As a program manager, you will… Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs—from roadmap planning through deployment—ensuring alignment across engineering, supply chain, and Coffee House Operations. Apply expert-level program and project lifecycle management practices to drive execution, manage risks, and deliver scalable solutions that modernize inventory, fulfillment, and financial systems. Navigate enterprise systems and vendor relationships by managing external partners, reviewing statements of work, and ensuring technical deliverables meet business goals. Communicate with clarity and influence across all levels, facilitating decision-making, resolving ambiguity, and driving alignment between business and technology stakeholders. We’d love to hear from people with: Depth of Experience 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in program and project management. Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale initiatives (e.g., $10M+ budgets, multi-year timelines, multiple business units). Breadth of Knowledge Mastery of end-to-end lifecycle management: planning, execution, risk management, financial governance, change control, and operational handoff. Expertise in implementing and upgrading ERP systems, Supply Chain Management platforms, and/or Inventory Management and Planning systems, ensuring seamless integration across business functions. Ability to apply industry-standard frameworks (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence). Complexity Handling Proven ability to manage multi-phase programs with interdependent workstreams and cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, retail). Skilled at resolving high-impact risks and issues before they affect delivery. Quantifiable Impact Track record of delivering programs on time and within budget (95%25+ adherence). Achieved measurable improvements (e.g., reduced delivery timelines by 20%25, improved integration accuracy by 30%25). Leadership & Influence Ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive alignment across diverse teams, and implement PMO best practices. Experience mentoring other project managers and shaping governance standards. Certifications and Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Project/Program Management Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent. Agile/Scaled Agile Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or PMI-ACP. ERP and Supply Chain Systems Training: SAP, Oracle ERP, or similar platforms. Advanced Financial Management or Risk Management Training (preferred).
