Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for luxury travel? As a Travel Consultant, you’ll play a key role in crafting world-class, personalized travel experiences for high-net-worth individuals. You’ll be selling exclusive private jet programs (priced between $150K – $170K per person) and guiding clients through every step of the journey—from initial discovery to final booking and beyond.
This role is perfect for motivated, growth-minded sales experts who thrive on building relationships and delivering exceptional service. Whether it’s over the phone, via email, or in person, you’ll be the trusted advisor who transforms dreams into reality. This role is a hybrid, working both from our central office in Escazú and some days working from home each week. You will also travel approx. 4 times a year to sales and marketing meetings, business updates, and events.
